Resumen: El presente artículo recoge, de forma sucinta, las hipótesis, los objetivos, la metodología y los principales resultados de una tesis doctoral llevada a cabo en la Universidad de Alcalá (2014-2018) sobre la traducción médica español-árabe. Las aportaciones más destacadas del estudio aquí resumido son, aparte de las conclusiones generales, una unidad didáctica para la enseñanza de la traducción médico-sanitaria (español<>árabe) para la fase de posgrado, así como una propuesta de un diccionario médico (español-árabe) en línea.
Abstract: This article contains, in a brief way, the objectives, the methodology and the main results of a doctoral thesis carried out at the University of Alcalá (2014-2018) on the Spanish-Arabic medical translation. The most outstanding contributions of the study summarized here are, apart from the general conclusions, a didactic unit for the teaching of medical-health translation (Spanish<>Arabic) for the postgraduate phase and a proposal of an online medical dictionary (Spanish-Arabic).
