Journal History
FITISPOS-International Journal (FITISPOS-IJ) is a multilingual, free-access and digital journal which was founded in 2014 by the FITISPOS-UAH Research Group(Training and Research in Translation and Interpretation in Public Services), a group with more than 20 years of experience in research, training and practice in this field, supervised by Carmen Valero-Garcés.
Its main objective is the international dissemination of scientific articles mainly related to research and teaching in translation and interpreting, intercultural communication and translation and interpreting in public services. This is intended as a way to give a voice to both established experts and young researchers who are preparing unpublished research papers.
