Resumen: En vista de la falta de programas formativos de traducción jurídica impartida en la combinación español-chino en másteres de las universidades en China, nos proponemos realizar una investigación sobre los másteres de enseñanza de español en China y los másteres oficiales que ofrecen formación relacionada con la traducción jurídica español-chino en España. Exploraremos sus características considerando aspectos como lenguas ofertadas, método de enseñanza, duración del estudio, créditos y asignaturas. De los elementos analizados se extraerán conclusiones y reflexiones sobre la aplicabilidad de lo que consideraremos como referencia de utilidad para la elaboración de una futura propuesta de programa sobre traducción jurídica español-chino que pueda impartirse en universidades chinas.
Abstract: In view of the lack of Spanish-Chinese legal translation training programs in masters of Chinese universities, we briefly introduce the master´s degree in Spanish teaching in China, would like to research on those that are related to Spanish-Chinese legal translation in Spain. The main objective is to explore their features taking into consideration elements such as the languages offered, teaching methodology, duration of studies, credits and subjects. Based on the elements analysed, conclusions and reflections will be drawn about the applicability of what we will consider as a reference that may be useful for the elaboration of a specific proposal of a Spanish-Chinese legal translation program applicable to Chinese universities
